LearnPlus Academy Pvt Ltd ("LearnPlus", "we", "us") operates the educational website and learning platform at https://learnplus.edu.lk from Colombo, Sri Lanka.
This Acceptable Use Policy describes how you may and may not use LearnPlus services. By using LearnPlus you agree to follow these rules.
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with anyone else, or use another person's account without permission.
- Upload, post or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for an educational platform serving minors.
- Bully, harass or intimidate any other student, teacher or staff member.
- Share personal contact details (phone numbers, social-media handles, home addresses) of yourself or others in public class chats.
- Attempt to access any part of the platform you are not authorised to access.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy or redistribute LearnPlus course materials outside of the personal study allowed by your enrolment.
- Use the platform to send spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Disrupt classes, share class recording links externally, or record classes without teacher consent.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension or permanent account termination without refund. We may report illegal activity to the relevant Sri Lankan authorities.
