LearnPlus Academy Pvt Ltd ("LearnPlus", "we", "us") operates the educational website and learning platform at https://learnplus.edu.lk from Colombo, Sri Lanka.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or enrolling in a course on LearnPlus, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Course delivery
We deliver courses online via live classes and recorded materials. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
4. Payments & refunds
Course fees are payable in advance in Sri Lankan Rupees. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, code starters, illustrations and branding are owned by LearnPlus or our licensors. See our Copyright Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colombo.
