LearnPlus Academy Pvt Ltd ("LearnPlus", "we", "us") operates the educational website and learning platform at https://learnplus.edu.lk from Colombo, Sri Lanka.
1. Cooling-off period
If you cancel your enrolment within 7 days of the course start date, you are entitled to a full refund of the term's fee, less any merchant transaction charges (typically 2–3%). Email admissions@learnplus.edu.lk to initiate.
2. Pro-rated refunds
Between days 8 and 30 of a course term, we offer a pro-rated refund based on remaining sessions. After day 30 of a term, refunds are not generally available, but we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
3. Equipment kits
For courses that include a hardware kit (e.g. Arduino Robotics Lab), the kit value is non-refundable once shipped, even within the cooling-off period.
4. Cancellations by LearnPlus
If LearnPlus cancels a course before the term begins, you receive a full refund or the option to move to another course of equivalent value.
5. Disputes
Refund disputes can be escalated to admin@learnplus.edu.lk.
