Answers to questions we hear most from students, parents and school partners.
What ages do you teach?
LearnPlus programs run from ages 7 to 18, with age-graded tracks for each program. Beginner courses start as young as Grade 2; advanced tracks like AI Foundations target Grades 9 to 13.
Are courses online, in-person or hybrid?
Most courses are delivered online with live small-group classes. Selected robotics and electronics courses offer in-person hands-on workshops in Colombo. We also support hybrid school partnerships.
How are fees structured?
Courses are priced per term in Sri Lankan Rupees. Payment plans are available — contact admissions@learnplus.edu.lk for details. We also offer sibling and school-group discounts.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Students who complete a course with at least 75% attendance and submit their final project receive a LearnPlus completion certificate.
Can parents track progress?
Yes. Every parent gets a Parent Portal account where they can view attendance, grades, submitted work and direct teacher feedback for each enrolled child.
Is my child safe on LearnPlus?
Yes. All teachers undergo background checks. Live classes are recorded. Direct teacher↔student messaging is supervised. See our Child Safety Policy for full details.
How do I refund or cancel?
Cancellations within the first 7 days of a course term qualify for a full refund. After that, pro-rated refunds apply. See our Refund Policy.
Do you partner with schools?
Yes. We run hybrid STEM and coding programs in partnership with selected Sri Lankan schools. Email admissions@learnplus.edu.lk to discuss.
